With opportunity as our greatest benefit and having a supportive team environment, this role is perfect for driven individuals looking to make an impact.    Job Functions:   <ul> <li> Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to and potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.   </li> <li> Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.  </li> <li> Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.  </li> <li> Assist the General Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.  </li> <li> Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.  </li> <li> Collaborate with managers in the efforts of talent acquisition.  </li> </ul>   Experience:  <ul> <li> 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.  </li> <li> 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.  </li> <li> 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.  </li> <li> 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.  </li> <li> Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.  </li> <li> Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.  </li> </ul>   Skills and Demands:  <ul> <li> Ability to work various shift times to include days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.   </li> <li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.   </li> <li> Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.  </li> <li> Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li> Effective teamwork skills.  </li> <li> Physical Demands: Regular talking and hearing.
